NOAA/PSL: Datasets, Products Forecasts and General Webpage DisclaimerOverview || Use of Data/Products || Risks || Hyperlinks || Google Earth/MapsTM
NOAA/PSL provides data, interactive data pages and forecasts as a service to the general community. These products are produced primarily for PSL scientists and collaborators but we do make them freely available to all within the limits of our resources.
We are not an operational center. In practice, this means we are not available 24/7. While we make every effort to minimize downtime, our webserver is sometimes down for scheduled maintenance or for other unforeseen reasons. We do not guarantee that data and products will be available in a timely manner. Our forecasts and products should be considered "experimental". PSL reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any of these products at any time.
