We ask that you acknowledge the Physical Sciences Laboratory of NOAA in your publication/talk/presentation. For example, "Image provided by the NOAA Physical Sciences Laboratory, Boulder Colorado from their Web site at https://psl.noaa.gov/".
You should also reference the dataset.
