Dr. Andrew Hoell is a Research Meteorologist at the NOAA Physical Sciences Laboratory in Boulder, Colorado, USA, where he leads the Monitoring, Predictability, Prediction, and Processes Team in the Hydrology Applications Division. The team focuses on developing new insights and tools for anticipating, understanding, and interpreting extreme hydrological events.
