Description:	Problems with the coherent integration hardware resulted in repeated ingest failures when too many errors occurred. These cases involved occasions when there were no samples from a single axis (or more) during an averaging interval. If there were sufficient samples, the mean wind speed and direction were reported if normal data criteria were met. However, there were undoubtedly cases when only a few samples were obtained during an averaging interval. Thus the variability of the data is likely increased. The data are correct when reported.

Description:	When data returned to ingest the windcon wind direction and wind speeds are not comparing well with the co-located sondes. Wind direction values are constant, with no changes. Problem is that the phase shifter wiring was bad when it was reinstalled.
